Education, Updates, and News About Your New Online Banking and Bill Pay
Our Mobile Apps are now available for both iPhone (available in the App Store) and Androids (available at Google Play). Please download them and begin using them now. You can also access them from the Self Service Tab in Online Banking, if you prefer.

LOGGING IN TO THE NEW SYSTEM FOR THE FIRST TIME? CLICK HERE
Your Username will be your LOWEST PRIMARY MEMBER NUMBER (If you have two member numbers, #12345678 and #45980, your USER ID will be #45980 because it has the least number of digits). You will be prompted to create a new User ID after you have logged into your account. Your password will be the last six digits of your Social Security Number.
SECOND TIME OR REPEAT USER ON NEW ONLINE BANKING SYSTEM: LOGIN NOW
Second time or repeat user on the new Online Banking system, you will be using your new username and password which you have recently set up.
For existing Dover Federal online banking users, logging in to the new Online Banking and Bill Pay system will look a little different. Watch this video and follow the instructions to ensure that your previous bill pay information and scheduled transfers will transfer over.
