Online Bill Pay
You can save time, checks, and postage by paying your bills electronically with Dover Federal's free Online Bill Pay. Set up recurring or one-time payments to virtually anyone with just a few clicks of your mouse. All payments are deducted from your Dover Federal Checking Account on the date you specify. It is easy to set up through My Account Online Banking! (You must use your Member Number. Do not use the account number printed on your checks.)

Dover Federal's ATM Card allows you to access your accounts 24 hours a day to make cash withdrawals, deposits (this service may not be available at all locations), transfers, and balance inquiries at ATM machines nationwide. There is no charge for up to 8 ATM transactions per month when you use a local Dover Federal ATM.

MasterMoney® Debit Card
Use Dover Federal's MasterMoney® Debit Card instead of writing checks. It is accepted worldwide at traditional or online merchants that display the MasterCard® logo. You may also use it to withdraw cash from any ATM that displays the MasterCard® logo. All transactions are deducted from your checking account and are detailed on your monthly statement. MasterCard® SecureCode™ puts you in control when shopping online because only you can approve purchases using your private SecureCode™. Your SecureCode™ enhances your MasterCard® account by protecting you against unauthorized use of your card when shopping online at participating online retailers.

Save time spent waiting in line by signing up for Direct Deposit. Your paycheck, benefits check, social security check, or retirement check will automatically be deposited into your Dover Federal account. Funds are available to withdraw the morning of your pay date. Plus, you will never have to worry about your check getting lost or stolen.

To enroll for Direct Deposit of your Social Security, Supplemental Security Income, or Railroad Retirement Board benefits to your Dover Federal account, choose "Get Direct Deposit" on the Go Direct website and complete the registration steps.

Payroll Deduction allows you the ease and convenience of setting aside a certain amount each pay period to be deposited to the account(s) of your choice at Dover Federal.
To enroll in Payroll Deduction, provide DFCU Routing/Transit Number 231176648, the Member Number from your membership card, and your selection of either savings or checking account for the deposit to your employer.
Advantage Checking and Overdraft Protection
Unexpected expenses or unforeseen problems can sometimes leave you with too little cash in your checking account, causing declined transactions or returned checks. At Dover Federal we want to do our part to prevent this from ever happening to you. That is why we created Advantage Checking.
Advantage Checking is a no-additional-cost overdraft privilege that is available 180 days after you open your account. It is open to all your household checking accounts and requires no action on your part other than simply keeping your account in good standing (making regular deposits, having a positive balance once a month, and being free of legal obligations on the account). Your assigned overdraft privilege amount (Advantage Checking Limit) handles the overdraft. Please note that Dover Federal's standard overdraft fee ($30) for each transaction will be included in your limit and that no interest will be charged on the overdraft balance.
We authorize and pay overdrafts for checks and other transactions using your checking account number as well as automatic bill payments. We neither authorize nor pay overdrafts for debit card transactions unless you ask us to. Overdrafts above your established Advantage Checking limit will result in a check or checks being returned to the payee and the $30 overdraft fee per check will be assessed to your account.
If we do not authorize and pay an overdraft, your transaction will be declined. If you wish to authorize and pay overdrafts on debit card transactions, complete and submit this form. After an overdraft has occurred, you should make every attempt to bring your account to a positive balance as quickly as possible. If you cannot do so within 30 days from the overdraft, your Advantage Checking privilege will be removed. We reserve the right to close your account and seek to recover funds if your balance has not been brought into positive status after a time.

Opt-In Required For Certain ATM And One-Time Debit Card Transactions
Effective August 15, 2010, changes to Federal Regulation made it a requirement for financial institutions to have your permission to overdraw your checking account for an ATM or one-time debit card transaction. Without your opt-in consent, transactions that would overdraw your account would be declined. The opt-in process is easy.
