My Account Online Banking
You can access your Credit Union account via the Internet using your Max Phone PIN (Personal Identification Number) and your Dover Federal Member Number. Try it! (Note: You must use your actual Member Number. Do not use the account number printed on your checks.)

Online Bill Pay
You can save time, checks and postage by paying your bills electronically with Dover Federal's FREE Online Bill Pay. Set up recurring or one-time payments to nearly anyone with a few clicks of your mouse. All payments are deducted from your Dover Federal Checking Account on the date you specify. It's easy to set up through My Account Online Banking!

Max Phone Access System
With the Max Phone Access system, you can retrieve account information 24-hours a day from any touchtone phone. Use Max Phone Access to check balances, transfer funds, verify cleared transactions, request a check and more by calling 302-678-8024 in Kent County or 800-818-3328 outside of Kent County. Dover Federal members can enroll in the Max Phone Access system by contacting a member service representative. There is no charge for this service.

ATM Access
Dover Federal members have access to an extensive ATM network that includes five local Dover Federal locations, as well as over 100 surcharge-free ATMs in the nationwide CU Dollar network.

STAR^® ATM Card
Dover Federal's STAR^® ATM Card allows you to access your accounts 24-hours a day to make cash withdrawals, deposits (this service may not be available at all locations), transfers, balance inquiries and purchases wherever you see the STAR^® logo.

To report your STAR^® ATM card as lost or stolen, call toll-free
at 800-523-4175.

MasterMoney^® Debit Card
Use Dover Federal's MasterMoney^® Debit Card instead of writing checks. It's accepted worldwide at traditional or online merchants that display the MasterCard^® logo. You may also use it to withdraw cash from any ATM that displays the MasterCard^® logo. All transactions are deducted from your checking account and are detailed on your monthly statement. MasterCard^® SecureCode^TM puts you in control when shopping online because only you can approve purchases using your private SecureCode^TM. Your SecureCode^TM enhances your MasterCard^® account by protecting you against unauthorized use of your card when shopping online at participating online retailers.

Direct Deposit
Save time spent waiting in line to deposit your paycheck. Sign up for Direct Deposit and your paycheck, social security or retirement check will automatically be deposited into your Dover Federal account. Funds are available to withdraw the morning of your pay date. Plus, you'll never have to worry about your check getting lost or stolen.

To enroll for Direct Deposit from an employer, click here. (Note: Members must print out the Direct Deposit Authorization Form and submit the form to their employer's payroll department.)

To enroll for Direct Deposit of your Social Security, Supplemental Security Income or Railroad Retirement Board benefits to your Dover Federal account, complete our secure online Quick Start Enrollment Form.

Payroll Deduction
Payroll Deduction allows you the ease and convenience of setting aside a certain amount each pay period to be deposited to the account(s) of your choice at Dover Federal.

To enroll in Payroll Deduction, provide the following information to your employer:

DFCU Routing/Transit Number 231176648
Member Number from your membership card
Select either your savings or checking account for the deposit

Overdraft Protection*
Apply for a Line of Credit to be used with your Dover Federal Checking Account. It's the ideal solution for unexpected expenses and to avoid overdraft charges. While there is no fee for accessing your line of credit, interest is charged to your outstanding balance. You can also set up your share account to provide overdraft protection up to your available balance. (There is currently a $3.00 fee associated with the transfer from your share account.)

VISA^® Gift Cards are perfect for travel, birthdays, graduations, holidays - any occasion. VISA^® Gift Cards work just like a debit card (with a set limit) at more than 19 million traditional and online retailers that accept VISA^®. Safer than carrying cash and a great way to limit spending!

VISA^® Gift Cards:

can be purchased for only $4.95 per card at any Dover Federal branch office

are available in increments from $25 to $1,000

have the expiration date embossed on the front of the card

have no monthly maintenance or expiration fees

However, some fees may be charged:

$5.00 to replace a lost or stolen card

$5.00 for balance transfer or value unload

$5.00 for inactivity (assessed on the first of each month after 12 full months of inactivity)

$25.00 to issue a check

Safe Deposit Boxes
For your convenience, safe deposit boxes are available to our members at our offices on Saulsbury Road and North DuPont Highway in Dover. Annual rental fees will be transferred automatically from your account on January 1st of each year. Please check the fee schedule for safe deposit box rental fees.
