3 Ways to Join:

1. Call - 888-818-3328 for assistance in opening an account



2. Fax - Complete and print the membership application and fax it to us at 302-678-4391. Please provide a phone number where you can be reached, so one of our Member Service Representatives can call and assist you in completing the process. Signatures MUST be notarized on applications submitted by mail.



3. Branch - Open an account at your convenience at any Dover Federal Branch with cash or check for your $5 initial deposit to open a Share Savings Account (You must maintain a $5 balance to remain a participating member.)

If applying in person, please bring with you the following items to show proof of citizenship and eligibility per Government regulations:

• Driver's license, state issued ID, passport or military ID
• Official social security card or other documentation with your number provided
• Proof of eligibility (pay stub, military ID, etc.)
