- 888-818-3328 for assistance in opening an account
Branch
- Open an account at your convenience at any Dover Federal Branch with cash or check for your $5 initial deposit to open a Share Savings Account. (You must maintain a $5 balance to remain a participating member.)
If applying in person, please bring with you one of the following items for identification per the USA Patriot Act:
- Driver's license,
- State issued photo ID,
- Government issued photo ID,
- Passport,
- Military ID
Fax
- Complete and print the membership application and fax it to us at 302-678-4391. Please provide a phone number where you can be reached, so one of our Member Service Representatives can call and assist you in completing the process. Signatures MUST be notarized on applications and identification documents submitted by mail.
