N. DuPont Branch Update
We are installing some heavy equipment on the roof of our N. DuPont Branch tomorrow morning. The contractor has assured us that this will not affect our branch hours. However, we wanted to keep you informed. It's possible that the N. DuPont Branch could open later than the scheduled 9:00 opening.
Bring Joy (and Toys) to Children in Need
Dover Federal is serving as an official drop-off location for Toys for Tots, which brings presents and holiday cheer to children in our community. You can drop new, unwrapped toys in collection boxes at any Dover Federal branch. (Click here for locations.) With your donation, you'll bring plenty of smiles this holiday season.
Beware of Scams
We have been alerted that some Dover Federal members have received unsolicited telephone calls from representatives claiming to be with Dover Federal, CUNA, or NCUA, and falsely stating that the member's debit card has been blocked. The caller then proceeds to tell the member that they need to verify their card information. Dover Federal will never ask for this information. This is a scam! If you have been contacted and shared your personal or debit card information, please call Member Services at
888-818-3328 so that we may assist you.
Disaster Relief and Severe Weather Assistance
Dover Federal wants you to know that we are here for our members and ready to assist following the severe weather and natural disasters that turn so many lives upside down. We realize that many people in the affected areas are negatively impacted and we are here to provide assistance in the recovery process. Dover Federal has a disaster assistance loan that may help ease some of the short-term day to day financial burdens experienced after a natural disaster. Please contact member services at 888-818-3328 so that we can discuss how we might be able to support you. Dover Federal promises to make a positive difference in your financial life.
For a list of impacted areas, please refer to FEMA's site at www.fema.gov.
SCAM ALERT: A recent text scam has come to our attention. Members have received unauthorized texts alerting them that their debit cards have been suspended, followed by request to verify personal information.
Do not respond to these messages. They are fraudulent. This text is a scam aiming to retrieve and exploit account information.
Dover Federal Credit Union will never solicit your personal identification or account information via email or telephone. Never give your personal account information out to anyone over text, email, or phone.
If you have already responded to such a solicitation and provided confidential account information, please contact Dover Federal Member Services immediately by calling 302-678-8000 or 888-818-3328, or by visiting any of our Branch Offices. A Member Services Representative will assist you in taking the necessary steps to rectify your situation.

Thank you to all our members who have recently received an invitation from us via e-mail to become one of our Mystery Shoppers. We appreciate your quick response and graciously accepting to participate in shopping our branches and call center. As you know we do not allow any 3rd party e-mails to be sent, so you can rest assured that the e-mail you received from email@example.com was in fact sent from us.
Check Images Available Now
In order to better serve you, we have added a new enhancement to our Home Banking site: Check Images. When viewing your transaction history, simply click on your check number, and you will be able to view both the front and back of your check images. This is one more step in delivering The Dover Federal Way.
