Director of Lending
The primary function of this position is to supervise all consumer lending functions of the credit union. The Director of Lending will be charged with oversight of the credit union’s direct, indirect and mortgage lending functions. This individual will be the internal and external champion for the credit union’s consumer lending program and will lead the continued enhancement of products, delivery, operational process improvements and analytics. Has accountability for maximizing quality loan growth through the use of analytics.

Under the direction of the CIO, the Director of Information Technology will supervise and maintain the overall direction of the CU’s information technology functions. The Director of Information Technology is responsible for controlling and directing the activities of the information technology, telecommunications and wide area networking areas
Community Relations Officer
The primary function of this position is to assist Dover Federal Credit Union in living out The Dover Federal Way. A key component of this service is to assume responsibility for implementing the sales strategy associated with the recruitment, acquisition, penetration, expansion and maintenance of Select Groups, that achieves membership growth and consumer and commercial product penetration as well as develops partnerships and involvement with community and charitable events in our marketplace within assigned territory.
Assistant Branch Manager
The primary function of this position is to assist with the direction and administration of Branch operations. Acts as Branch Manager when needed. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed and excellent service provided. Assists with the coaching, development, and general training of branch employees, including product knowledge. Performs various Branch functions as required and assigned by the Branch Manager. Completes high level duties and assignments and provides support to staff and members with complex and difficult tasks.
Mortgage Loan Officer
The primary function of this position is to assist Dover Federal Credit Union in living out The Dover Federal Way. One of the primary means to achieve this end is to develop a highly effective team of employees and develop each employee to their highest potential through coaching and leadership. The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for increasing mortgage loan portfolio’s by developing business contacts as well as the development and generation for both internal and outside referral partners. Furthermore the Mortgage Loan Officer will be maintaining their own integral pipeline, with a minimum monthly requirement for volume, conduct loan interviews council members and offer financial alternatives while providing superior service throughout the entire process.
Financial Solutions Partner - Middletown
The primary purpose of this position is to perform a broad variety of member service and teller functions such as interviewing applicants for loans and processing various loan applications; gathering background information and analyzing loan applicant's credit history; and opening new accounts.

Health and Well-Being
- Health Insurance: Full-time employees are eligible after 60 days of employment for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Dover Federal Credit Union pays 85% of premiums and employees pay 15%. This is for employee-only coverage. Additional coverage for dependents, spouse, and family is paid 100% by employee.
- Group Life & Disability: Full-time employees are eligible after 90 days of employment and Dover Federal Credit Union pays for 100% of the premium.
- Blood Bank Membership: Full-time and part-time/peak employees are eligible for this benefit. Dover Federal Credit Union pays the full amount of the sign-up fee for qualified employees each year in January.
As an employee of Dover Federal Credit Union, we can assist you in saving for retirement with a 401(k) plan. Qualified employees (full-time and part-time/peak employees who work at least 1,000 hours per year) may make pre-tax contributions and the Credit Union will match employee contributions up to 3%.

Paid Time Off
Qualified full-time employees at Dover Federal Credit Union begin accruing paid time off after 90 days of employment according to the following schedule:
- Year one: 1 day for each full month after initial 90 days of employment
- Year two through four: 17 days
- Year five through nine: 22 days
- Year ten through fourteen: 27 days
- Year fifteen and beyond: 32 days
Full-time employees at Dover Federal Credit Union are eligible for up to $3,000 per year for educational expenses.
Flexible Spending Account
All Dover Federal Credit Union employees may take advantage of a Flexible Spending Account, which allows for pre-tax deductions for child care, out of pocket medical expenses, and dependent care. Employees must enroll for the Flexible Spending Account during the open enrollment period.
