New Fraud Alert!
It has come to our attention that some of our members have recently received phone calls from a person claiming to be a Dover Federal Credit Union employee and asking for personal account information. The members were told that their debit cards had been compromised and that in order to correct the situation, the caller needed their account number and other personal details.

Please know that Dover Federal employees will never call you and ask for account information. If you receive such a call, do not give the caller any information. Hang up and call Dover Federal Credit Union directly to verify any suggestion of problems with your account.

Please notify Dover Federal as soon as possible if you receive a call which you think may be fraudulent. Be smart -- don't be a victim of fraud!

E-statements, Tax Forms, Notices
E-statements are available with your January statements. Sign up now! You will be able to receive your next statement, credit cards statements, notices, tax notices, and certificate maturity notices electronically. Go green and save the environment. Protect yourself and have faster availability of your information. You can print or save the information on your computer for your records. New look for your statements effective
December 1st
We have eliminated the Account Reconciliation Summary from your member statement in order to save the environment, and reduce the amount of pages you are receiving. Please use this form for your reconciliation in the future. We will be including a copy for your use in the November 30th and the December 31st statements. The forms will also be available in our branch offices.
