Beau is an artificial intelligence (AI) powered digital assistant whose sole job is to help you get there. Whether that be answering a question, checking your balance, or transferring money, Beau can help.
When you dial our number you'll be greeted by Beau. Although Beau is a robot, you can speak to our assistant naturally, asking your questions like you would speaking to anyone else. If Beau doesn’t understand your request or can't help with it, you'll be forwarded to a representative to make sure you get the help you need.
Beau can help you with the following:
- Checking your balances
- How to open an account
- Product questions
- Finding your nearest branch or ATM
- Hours of operation
- Sending money
- Viewing your statements
- How to register for online banking
- The loan application process
- Text capabilities to forward requested information directly to your phone

Yes, when you use Beau to view any personal account information, you will be asked for your account number and the last four digits of your social security number. You will then receive a code via text or email that you’ll use to log in.
Beau keeps a record of calls used to improve his reliability in the future.
If you prefer not to use Beau, you can speak to a representative by following the prompts. You may also chat or have a video call during normal business hours.
This is a great credit union. The employees are friendly and do their job well. The rates are great and the fees are low. I will never use a regular bank again!
