The following describes the terms that apply to participation in the Dover Federal Credit Union Virtual Branch contest (the “Contest”) offered by Dover Federal Credit Union (“DFCU”).
Eligible Participants: No purchase necessary to participate and win. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older and a new or existing member of Dover Federal Credit Union. Employees and volunteers of DFCU, their immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings, and each of their respective spouses), and members of the household of such individuals are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
How to Enter the Contest: The Contest is a limited-time offer. It begins at 9am Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Sept. 25, 2026, and ends at 6:00pm (EST) on Nov. 6, 2026 (“Contest Period”).
- Dover Federal Credit Union members must engage in two-way conversation with a DFCU representative that has been completed using a chat, video or an audio call that is engaged by our Virtual branch chat features located on https://www.doverfcu.com. Upon completing the two-way conversation, a survey will appear. Members completing the survey will be automatically entered. Each virtual branch interaction earns an entry into the drawing.
- A member can enter into the drawing by sending an entry with full name, mailing address, email address and phone number to Dover Federal Credit Union, 1075 Silver Lake Blvd. Dover, DE 19904 Attn: Virtual Branch Contest. Mailed entry must be received before Nov. 6, 2026.
Determining the Winner: A weekly drawing will be held between (09/25/2026 - 11/6/2026), and a $50 deposit will be made to a randomly selected member's share savings with the description of "Virtual Branch Contest winner". Only one winner per week.
Chance of Winning: Actual odds of winning are based upon the number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry shall have a chance of winning that is equal to that of all other entries.
Prizes: Each Winner will receive $50 to be paid via direct deposit to their primary share savings account. Prizes are non-transferable. Federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. A Credit Union employee will call the Winner.
Participation: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes Winner’s consent to the publication of entrant’s name and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation the Internet, or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Dover Federal Credit Union. By entering this Contest and submitting your information, you are authorizing DFCU to contact you. Entrants hereby release Dover Federal Credit Union and agree to hold Dover Federal Credit Union harmless from liability in conjunction with participation in the promotion and use of the prize. Any entrant who tampers with or seeks to defraud Dover Federal Credit Union will be disqualified and subject to legal sanction. Once the Contest has ended, if you would like the names of the Contest winners, please mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Dover Federal Credit Union 1075 Silver Lake Blvd. Dover, DE 19904 Attn: Marketing. Requests must be received no later than 11.15.2026.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event will Dover Federal Credit Union be liable to entrants for any indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, special or consequential damages for lost, late, illegible, corrupted, inaccessible, damaged, delayed or postage due entries.
