History, Heritage & Hops is returning to Downtown Dover for the third annual music, craft beverage and food festival! On Saturday, May 6, Loockerman Street Downtown Dover will host a block party in conjunction with the 84th Old Dover Days Festival.
Festival proceeds benefit the beautification of Downtown Dover.
