What is Dover Federal's routing number?


What are your office branch hours of operation?

Monday - Thursday: 9am - 5pm

Friday: 9am - 6pm

Saturday: 9am - 12pm (with the exception of DAFB)

What branches are open on Saturdays and what are their hours?

All Branches, with the exception of Dover Air Force Base (DAFB) are open 9:00 a.m. - 12 p.m.

What branches have coin machines?
How long does it take for Checks/Debit Cards to arrive?

Debit cards can be printed at the branch at the time of account opening.

When not being printed at the branch by the convenience of instant issue, it will take approximately 7-10 business days for both a debit card or box of checks to arrive in the mail.

How can I reset a pin on a Debit Card?
  • At an ATM
  • Call Member Service at 302-678-8000 or 888-818-3328.
  • Stop in to at any one of our branches and we'll assist.
  • Protect your card using our CardValet app.

How do I report a lost or stolen card?

Is there a fee for Cashier's Checks? If so, what is the fee?

Cashier's Checks are $5.00.

How long does it take to transact a domestic wire?

Between 2-24 hours. 

How can I access my account?

You can access your account using, via our automated teller Maxine by calling 302-678-8000, from Dover Federal's mobile app or at your local ATM.

How do I make a Loan Payment online?

Loan payments can be made anytime of the day or night using our online payment program.  Click here to view the terms and conditions and to make a payment.
