There are several ways to become a member.
Monday - Thursday: 9am - 5pm
Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 12pm (with the exception of DAFB)
All Branches, with the exception of Dover Air Force Base (DAFB) are open 9:00 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Debit cards can be printed at the branch at the time of account opening.
When not being printed at the branch by the convenience of instant issue, it will take approximately 7-10 business days for both a debit card or box of checks to arrive in the mail.
