Planned System Maintenance and Downtime

Dover Federal is planning maintenance on a few systems and this will create some planned downtime. We apologize for the disruption, but here are the details for the weekend of March 10th:

How Will This Affect Me?

While we are striving to impact our members as little as possible, some downtime will occur during this transition. Below is what we expect the timeline to look like and how it might affect you.


Friday, March 10th

Starting at 5:00 PM the following become unavailable:

• Maxine, our automated teller phone line


Sunday, March 12th

Starting at 5:30 PM the following become unavailable:

• Online & Mobile Banking
• Loan Payment Service/Portal
• Beau, our Virtual Assistant
• Debit/Credit Cards will work, but based on your balance as of 5 PM on 3/12/2023


Monday, March 13th

All services should be restored by 9 AM.
