Yes, it is. Data security is a priority of Dover Federal Credit Union, and we have gone through a thorough vetting process to ensure that your financial information is safe and sound.
No, you do not need to re-enroll in our new system; we have taken care of that for you. All you have to do is know your username, and set a new password.
Your username is the same as it was before the conversion. However, if your username does not meet certain criteria, you will be asked to change it once you've logged in for the first time.
On the morning of Wednesday, January 29, 2020, you should have received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org that will contain a link that gives you access to the new system. This link is valid for 24 hours. Once you click on the link, you will be prompted to reset and confirm your password and then you will then be good to go!
If you are having issues locating the link in your email or the link has expired, you can still get in. All you have to do is click “trouble signing in” and select the “reset password” option. You will then receive a new email that will help you get into the new mobile and online banking solution.
When you log into the new system for the first time, you will be prompted to change/confirm your password. Once you do that, it is off to the races for you.
