Dover Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that Ms. Joyce Dew has joined DFCU, as their Director of Lending. Joyce brings a wealth of knowledge and 30+ years of experience in the financial industry. Her professional proficiencies are extensive and include the oversight, development and implementation of improved efficiencies that enhance the entire lending process, from the underwriting aspect to the front end user. Prior to joining the Dover Federal family, Ms. Dew served as Manager of Consumer Lending, including the management sector of Real Estate. Joyce is not only registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System, but is also a member of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women.
As Director of Lending, Joyce will be instrumental in the oversight and strategic planning that will maximize quality loan growth of Dover Federal’s direct and indirect consumer lending program, as well as the real estate program.
Ms. Dew stated, “I believe change is growth and I am looking to grow with Dover FCU. We have very exciting times ahead and I am very glad to be part of the transformation. In the time that I have been with Dover Federal, I found everyone to sincerely be nice and friendly people and I am happy to be part of the team.
Joyce received her MBA from Mount Saint Mary College, Newburgh, NY and is a NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer with National Association of Federally Insured Credit Unions.
